Welcome to Closet Club. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website or purchase products from us.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes and prices.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and product photography.

Product availability is subject to stock. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will communicate with you and provide the applicable remedy.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order.

We accept EFT payments. Orders will be processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Placing an order

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We will communicate any issue affecting fulfilment, including stock availability or payment problems.

5. Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 working days from the date of order, subject to the conditions in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are handled.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
